SF-based wealth management firm, Mercer Advisors, retained KNI to completely overhaul the firm’s digital experience and transform it into a world-class execution befitting of the firm’s successful AUM and client-base. The work also cascaded down from web into systematic overhauls of the company’s wealth-coaching decks, which are instrumental in driving leads through event-based presentations and wealth coaching seminars that have proven to be a primary driver of AUM growth for the firm. Like many of our Wealth Management engagements, the project included KNI getting to have a lot of fun overhauling financial visualizations, and other custom infographic representations in both the website and the updated keynote presentations, resulting in a world-class customer journey and client on-boarding experience.
